Yes. Viewer permissions let customers follow incidents, status pages, and uptime history without touching configuration. You decide which monitors or projects they can see.
How do notifications respect roles?
Each monitor has its own alert policy. Tag the right roles—on-call engineers, account managers, leadership—and PingPuffin routes incidents to the humans who can actually fix them.
