1. Service Description

PingPuffin provides uptime monitoring services for websites and APIs. Our service includes continuous monitoring, instant notifications when issues occur, status pages, and detailed uptime statistics. The service is delivered digitally as a subscription-based SaaS product.

2. Delivery Terms

The service is delivered digitally immediately upon subscription. Access to the PingPuffin platform is granted instantly after account creation and payment confirmation. The service is available 24/7, and monitoring begins immediately after setup.

We offer two subscription plans:

  • Free Plan: Available at no cost with basic monitoring features.
  • Pro Plan: Available for €19 per month (139 DKK in Denmark) with full access to all features.

3. Right of Withdrawal

According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven), you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of subscription without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you enter into the agreement. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement to:

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this agreement, in comparison with the full coverage of the agreement.

We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible and within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) or the European Consumer Centre.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is made by credit card or debit card (Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and other accepted payment cards). The subscription fee is charged monthly in advance. Prices are displayed in EUR (€19 per month) or DKK (139 DKK per month in Denmark) and include applicable VAT.

We accept the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and other major international payment cards.

6. General Terms

By subscribing to PingPuffin, you agree to use the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or through the service interface. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

PingPuffin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime of our monitoring service itself.
