Yes—right now. Freelancer, Business, and Huge business are all $0 while we launch. Paid tiers will follow, and we’ll give plenty of notice before we charge.
What’s included in the Freelancer plan?
Everything you need: unlimited monitors, components, heartbeats, email alerts, one extra notification channel, and a client-ready status page.
How many teammates or clients can I invite?
Createa as many accounts as you want - or invite as many people as you want to an existing account. It's that simple.
Which alert channels are supported?
Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, SMS, WhatsApp, PagerDuty, and custom webhooks. Configure per monitor or escalation level.
Can I pause alerts during maintenance?
Absolutely. Everything can be toggled on/off so you can have the alerts stop, if you're working on maintenance or similar.
Do you verify incidents from multiple regions?
We double-check from different locations before opening an incident, so you only hear about real downtime.
Where do my status pages live?
PingPuffin hosts them. Add your branding, use custom domains, and publish updates straight from the incident timeline.
Can I bring clients into PingPuffin?
Yes. They'll see what you see, but feel free to invite them to an existing account.
Is there an API or Zapier integration?

How fast will I hear about downtime?

Do you support heartbeat and keyword checks?
We want to keep PingPuffin extremely simply, so we only support simple pings at the moment. It's however enough for most use cases.
